Rules:
1. No discussion of any illegal activity or threats of violence. (ie. illicit drug use or exchange, threats of suicide or self-injury, or threatened or intended physical harm). Discussions of suicide or self-harm that are deemed negative and therefore potentially injurious to others are also not permitted.
2. No discussion of medical marijuana use.
3. No use of explicit, obscene or vulgar language or images and/or messages, including racist remarks.
4. No posts that attack, insult, "flame", defame, or abuse members or non-members. Respect other members of the community and don’t belittle, make fun off, or insult another member or non-member. Decisions about health and well-being are highly personal, individual choices. "Flaming" and insults, however, will not be tolerated. Agree to disagree. This applies to both the forums and chat.
5. No advertising or links to advertising or "Spam" is permitted (including signatures).
6. No use of multiple usernames. Please register and use only one username for the forums. Posting under multiple user accounts will result banning.
7. No posts of copyrighted material without the permission or the own first.
8. No posts of political or religious nature. Debating controversial subjects should be taken elsewhere, not in chat or the forums. The forums should not be used to convert others.
9. If it shouldn’t be viewed by minors, then it shouldn’t be posted to the general forums or chat rooms, there will be specific forum for M or R rated things.
10. Do not disrespect moderators. Be respectful in both the forums and any private communications with moderators. Moderators are not paid to help you and they donate many, many hours of their own time to help in the forums and chat rooms.
11. Do not post offline personal contact information (ie. your home address, phone numbers etc.) and do not ask for personal information from others. This is the internet. Protect yourself.
12. No double-posting. This is considered spamming. If you need to add to your original post, there is a nifty little edit button you can use.
13. No irrelevant or off-topic posts. Posts which are not relevant to the forum topic may be deleted at the moderator's discretion. So please try and stay on-topic(:
