(Probably) One shot flash-fic type thing. :O Pardon the extreme lack of length. xD I'm afraid I just found there was nothing more to be said. Longer really wouldn't have had the same effect, if you know what I mean. xD
It is wrong to write this.
It is wrong, even, to think such things, but to put them on paper-
It is wrong to dream it. But what control have I- nor anybody else!- over my dreams?
This is a world built on dreams, you know. Yet we crawl, consciously choosing to teeter forwards on fragile baby steps- To shake our heads so that the lingering remnants of sleep's residue might slide right out of our memories.
It is wrong, I have been told, wrong to write the words that flow seamlessly into my head, regurgitated by the shady depths of my imagination.
I look to the sunrise, and I see it not for what it is, not for a simple orb of light, but emotion embodied, suspended delicately by silk threads and awaiting the words to release it from it's fiery prison walls.
Is it wrong, then, to free the prisoner?
I'd follow my heart, but then it is only an organ, with no sense of direction.
